一种智慧、闲适和觉醒为主要特征的艺术的人生态度和活法，被称为雅奢生活。本案项目地处南国灯城四川自贡，楼宇参差，市井繁华，却仍见山林穿插、碧水中分。最初的一个“空间”在那里，紧接着设计师就要决定要放进什么“物”。当你一走进售房部，就能感觉出空间呈现出雅奢的性格。

An art life full of wisdom, leisure and awareness is called elegant & luxury life. The captioned case is located at Zigong of Sichuan Province in Southern China. The city has many high and low buildings, busy and prosperous downtown, mountains and forest as well as water and river. The initial “space” is over there. And then the designers shall decide to place in what kind of “thing”. After you walking into the sales department, you can feel the luxury atmosphere in the space.

售房空间要么使体验变得更好，要么就是变得更坏。品辰根据科学的硬装设计将空间关系合理的梳理。与其他售房部不同的是遵循体验优先，共爵府并没有设置接待前台，而是营造一个深邃的回廊，当有客人进入空间，感受到穿越的魅力之后，才会期待更多的空间、亦有豁然开朗之感。
The sales department maybe make the experience better, maybe worse. Pinchen reasonably deals with the spaces relationship according to hard decorating design. The captioned case uses prior experience principle which is different from the other sales department. Nobility Garden has no reception stage but a deep ambulatory. When the guests walking into the space, they can feel the charm of crossing and sense of open and light, and they may expect more room and more bright sense.

雅奢，顾名思义，将中国式雅致生活进行时代背景下的升华，而细节的处理上，运用不同材质的物料进行空间的区分，贡爵府Logo的配饰经过设计形成视觉符号转换到空间中，唤醒繁华市井，使之更具内涵。

Luxury and elegant style means enhance the Chinese luxury and elegant life under the current background. On the detail, it uses different materials to divide the spaces. Nobility Garden’s logo forms a visual symbol through design, it adds the busy downtownwith more connotation.
